LASAGNE / PIG MAC


Pre-heat your oven to 160°c Leave the lasagne in the cooking tray provided but place it on an additional baking tray before putting in the oven. REMOVE LID. Your lasagne comes with lots of sprinkled cheese ready to go - add more if you wish? Re-heat at 160°c for approximately 45 minutes to an hour depending on your oven Ensure that the lasagne is hot right the way through, particularly in the centre before removing from the oven We recommend allowing the lasagne to stand for 5-7 minutes after it’s removed from the oven before serving - if you can wait that long! If you have frozen the lasagne then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator Serve and enjoy!




ROOT VEGETABLES


Pre-heat your oven to 180°c. Cut packaging open and place root vegetables on a lightly oiled oven tray. Re-heat at 180°c for approximately 12-15 minutes depending on your oven. Ensure that your root vegetables are hot right the way through before serving. Heating times will vary depending on stovetop & microwave efficiency. If you have frozen your slow cook pack then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator.




PECAN PIE


Serve room temperature OR REHEAT. Pre-heat your oven to 160°c. Leave the pie in the cooking tray provided but place it on an additional baking tray before putting in the oven. Re-heat at 160°c for approximately 15 minutes depending on your oven. Ensure that the pie is hot right the way through particularly in the centre before removing from the oven. If you have frozen the pie then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator




FAMILY PIES


Leave the Pie in the cooking tray provided but place it on an additional baking tray before putting in the oven. REMOVE LID. Re-heat at 160°c for approximately 35-50 minutes depending on your oven. Ensure that the pie is hot right the way through particularly in the centre before removing from the oven. If you have frozen the pie then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator




COCONUT & LIME PUDDING


Cut packaging open and place pudding in a microwave safe container. Heat on high for 1&1⁄2 to 2 minutes. Remove from microwave and serve with our salted caramel crème. Heating times will vary depending on microwave efficiency. If you have frozen your pudding then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator




SOUPS / BROTHS


Soup can be reheated either on the stove top or in a microwave For Stove-top Cut packaging open and place soup in a pot. Heat soup on low to medium low heat stirring regularly until soup comes to a boil (approx. 8-10 minutes) For Microwave Cut packaging open and place soup in bowl. Heat soup on medium high for 2 miniutes. Remove from microwave and stir, place back I microwave for a further 1&1⁄2 minutes on medium high. Remove from microwave stir & serve. Heating times will vary depending on stovetop & microwave efficiency. If you have frozen the soup then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator.




POTATO / SWEET POTATO MASH


Cut packaging open and place mash in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on medium high for 1&1⁄2 miniutes. Remove from microwave and stir. Place back in microwave for a further 2 1⁄2 minutes on medium high. Ensure that your mash is hot right the way through before serving. Remove from microwave stir through & serve. Heating times will vary depending on stovetop & microwave efficiency. If you have frozen your mash then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator.




QUICHE


Remove the quiche from the vacuum packaging and place on an oven tray before putting in the oven. Re-heat at 160°c for approximately 10-12 minutes depending on your oven. Ensure that the quiche is hot right the way through particularly in the centre before removing from the oven. If you have frozen the quiche then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator.




MAC & CHEESE


Our Mac & Cheese can be reheated either on the stove top or in a microwave. For Stove-top Cut packaging open and place the Mac & Cheese in a pot. Heat on low to medium low heat stirring regularly until the slow cook is steaming hot through (approx. 10-12 minutes). For Microwave Cut packaging open and place Mac & Cheese in bowl. Heat on medium high for 2&1⁄2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir, place back in microwave for a further 2&1⁄2 minutes on medium high. Remove from microwave stir & serve. Heating times will vary depending on stovetop & microwave efficiency. If you have frozen your slow cook pack then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator.




SLOW COOKED RANGE - Gumbo, Meatballs, Stew, Corned Beef, Curry


Our Low & Slow Cooks can be reheated either on the stove top or in a microwave. For Stove-top Cut packaging open and place the slow cooks in a pot. Heat on low to medium low heat stirring regularly until the slow cook is steaming hot through (approx. 10-12 minutes). For Microwave Cut packaging open and place slow cook in bowl. Heat on medium high for 2&1⁄2 miniutes. Remove from microwave and stir, place back in microwave for a further 2&1⁄2 minutes on medium high. Remove from microwave stir & serve. Heating times will vary depending on stovetop & microwave efficiency. If you have frozen your slow cook pack then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator.




MEATBALLS


Our beef meatballs can be heated either in the oven or in a microwave For Oven Pre-heat your oven to 160°c. Cut packaging open and place meatballs in a deep oven tray so that the sauce is at half the height of the meatballs. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 15mins. Remove foil and bake for a further 5mins. For Microwave Cut packaging open and place meatballs in microwave safe container. Heat meatballs on medium high for 2&1⁄2 miniutes. Remove from microwave and stir, place back in microwave for a further 1 1⁄2 minutes on medium high. Remove from microwave stir & serve. Heating times will vary depending on stovetop & microwave efficiency. If you have frozen the meatballs then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator.




BIG BOY BEEF RIBS


Preheat oven to 160°c Remove from cryovac bag and place on a deep baking dish or oven tray - we recommend you palce a piece of baking paper underneath. Re-heat for approximately 35-45 minutes depending on your oven. Ensure that the dish is hot right the way through particularly in the centre before removing from the oven. Serve with mash or your preferred sides. If you have frozen the ribs then we recommend defrosting them first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator.




CHOC MERLOT BROWNIE


Pre-heat your oven to 160°c. Leave the brownie in the cooking tray provided but place it on an additional baking tray before putting in the oven. Re-heat at 160°c for approximately 15 minutes depending on your oven. Ensure that the brownie is hot right the way through particularly in the centre before removing from the oven. If you have frozen the brownie then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator




CARAMEL BANANA CAKE


Pre-heat your oven to 180°c. Leave the crumble in the cooking tray provided but place it on an additional baking tray before putting in the oven. REMOVE LID. Re-heat at 180°c for approximately 15 minutes depending on your oven. Ensure that the crumble is hot right the way through particularly in the centre before removing from the oven. We recommend letting the crumble stand for 2-3 minutes after removing from the oven before serving with the old fashioned custard served either cold or warm. If you have frozen the crumble then we recommend defrosting it first prior to reheating - preferably overnight in the refrigerator
